119B Maraetai Drive Maraetai, Manukau City

Priced for your immediate attention, this home has all the things you thought you couldn't have. It will be love at first sight, you'll want to stay and immerse yourself in this property's entirety. Centrally located yet tucked away from view, it comes as a result of a recent development from a remnant pocket of land. The 1466 sq m bush clad site with tricking stream and stunning native bush is private, secure and serene. The once modest 140 sq m home was moved on site and had a top to toe make over, now sporting all the modern conveniences including retro fit double glazing.
Take me to the river, dip me in the water... this very special property will have you singing. Give your family the promise of an ocean of love, that they won't forget...
