Mark immigrated to New Zealand from Taiwan in 1990, where he was the Managing Director of an import/export trading company. After his arrival in New Zealand, Mark was on the board of Budd Lights Association as Vice Chairman until 1993, and then went on to become a shareholder and Sales Manager of Herchincern Trading Company. He began his career in Real Estate with Ray White in 2000, and is a Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Mark has proved that he easily wins the trust and confidence of his clients. Since 2000, Mark’s property sales and listings have come from Chinese advertising in the Property Overview (15%), Eastern Property Press (5%) - however, notably, 80% of his listings and sales have come from referrals. Mark’s sales success is reflected in the Ray White Group’s recognition of his sales, resulting in him being awarded Premier Membership awards in 2003, 2007 and 2008, and Elite Membership awards in 2004, 2005 and 2006 consecutively.
