Mark Gumbrell has a broad range of experience in marketing and business development across many markets and industries. His innovative approach to product and service delivery has proven successful throughout his career which has had a tremendous impact on his Real Estate business.
His UK beginnings evolved from an account management role in a provincial marketing agency through a Senior Client Management role within a Direct Marketing Agency to becoming Head of Marketing for IAS. In 2003, Mark arrived in New Zealand and in 2005 grew his clients company, Fix It Building Services from 7 to 31 franchisees in under 18 months. As director and co-owner of Jesters Pies he grew the business from 6 stores to 22 nationwide in a short space of time whilst building the brand from obscurity to over 70% prompted recall in New Zealand’s North Island.
Mark started his career in Real Estate in 2012 – moving to Ray White as he believes Ray White’s brand and unparalleled systems allow him to deliver the high level of customer service he strives to deliver. This, coupled with his proven natural passion for business development and sales, combined with Marks extensive knowledge and practical experience of marketing and negotiation has made him a formidable force in the Real Estate market – having already attained several notable accolades.
Mark has a clear and in depth understanding of the Real Estate market which ranges from property development to residential homes and is a driving force for sales in the East Central and East Auckland areas – delivering results utilising his multi-disciplined team.
