Neil Baker has been involved in real estate for over 25 years. “I have a huge passion for property and at Ray White we place great importance on conducting our business ethically, in order to achieve the best results for our clients. We give our clients the utmost respect and in return we gain their loyalty and trust,” says Neil.
Neil Baker is also General Manager for Ray White Eastern Group, as well as running the Botany Town Centre office. His achievements include twice becoming the top residential salesperson of the year for Ray White New Zealand and he is a life member of the Millionaires Club. A foundation member of Ray White in New Zealand, Neil has led two offices that have attained Number One status in New Zealand.
Neil’s success has been achieved as a consequence of confronting challenges head on, combined with his firm commitment and putting in extraordinary effort in order to reach his goals. Along with many years of experience and practical knowledge, Neil is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing his expertise. He has been a leading force in the integration of technology and marketing for Ray White and understands the value of having a strong work ethic.
Neil believes it takes responsibility and reliability, with an emphasis on recruitment and effective team building, in order to create a successful business culture. Starting out with just one office and 10 sales staff, Neil Baker and Bob Mountfort, Joint Director and CEO of Mountfort Estate Agents Limited, now boast a team of over 100 salespeople, five Property Managers and 11 administrators, all spread out over a network of seven local offices. Neil has been married to Pam for 39 years and they have two daughters and five grandchildren. Their strong family bond and solid moral values are fundamental to the Baker family.
Neil is a Warriors supporter, enjoys boating and Jet Ski fishing, and he is well known in American car enthusiast circles. He especially treasures quality time spent with family and friends.
