Michelle Balme has been in Property Management since 1997.  Michelle joined the Ray White team in 2005 working out of our Reeves Road, Pakuranga, branch.  Michelle has also owned investment properties and has a hands on approach to Property Management.  Michelle delivers a professional standard of service as she has an extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.

Lee Bellam has lived in and around Pakuranga for many years.  Her children have attended local schools and she knows the area very well.  Lee has gained a wealth of experience over the past 25 years and has been managing rental properties in the Pakuranga area since 2006.  Lee takes pride in her ability to build a rapport with all members of the community.
